Just a quick email to thank you for identifying the correct mechanism from the photo and sending so promptly. We have fitted this and the sofa is now reclining again! Will probably be back in touch when the other side of the sofa goes!! Such a relief to find your website as the shop I purchased the sofa from said they would come to repair this but after 4 phone calls I gave up on them!!
Despite the fact that I am at the top edge of Scotland handset arrived this morning and successfully works all functions on the chair - my wife is delighted!
